That sounds interesting. I guess it'd serve a similar purpose as the std-proposals list, but with some better way of organizing things, it could be really good.

Right now, a paper on std-proposals that doesn't get any attention immediately is often just forgotten or getting very few reviews. It'd be nice if there was a way to change that.
